This gentle yoga class is designed for those who are out of shape or are recovering from injuries, stroke of other health problems. Class is slow and easy with a regular framework focusing on flexibility and balance - variations added to accomodate the growing needs of regular students as needed. Students should be able to lay flat on their backs, fronts and get up off the floor (with assistance of yoga blocks, bolsters or stools if necessary) in under a minute. You don't need to be afraid of yoga or exercise. This class will ease you into greater flexibility and health. Wednesdays 6-7 we will explore and expand your perceived limitations.
