This gentle yoga class is designed for those who are out of shape or have injuries they are recovering from. Class is slow and easy, focusing on flexibility and balance. Students should be able to lay flat on their backs, fronts and get up off the floor (with assistance if necessary) in under a minute.
You don't need to be afraid of yoga or exercise. This class will ease you into greater flexibility and health. Wednesdays 6-7 we will explore your perceived limitations.
